I don’t dance, I mean I don’t dance well, it’s not what dancing normally. If I say I dance it normally means I am, but their aren’t too many people watching, I’m sure everyone would get a good laugh out of seeing me try to dance and possibly falling flat on my face as I don’t. My friends and family try to get me up and dancing at special events, but I mostly prefer enjoying waching show of their own moves.
Some years ago I was working with guy who I knew from school days, he mostly gave me good laugh. This particular day he turn around looked at me and said “You are the girl who dances aren’t you?”, I tooked a moment and thought “What does he mean? This guy has never seen me dance.” Then I realized that he was refering to my disability and began to laugh. Nobody had spoken like that about my disability before and the more thought about it the more I liked it, I like it became the name of this blog.
My beautiful Siena. The first time I met you I felt that this world is a better place because of persons like you that fight and never give up of their dreams even if they have a little different condition that makes you dance while you walk. You are so brave and I am honored to be your friend.
My warmest regards
Mariana
